This watch is in excellent all round condition with only minor signs of use and the genuine TUDOR vintage effect leather strap is only lightly worn in. It comes as part of a full set with presentation box, outer card box, all manuals, warranty card & original purchase receipt for full provenance, there is also a lightly worn genuine TUDOR black nato strap included.

The Tudor Heritage Black Bay was the cornerstone of the Tudor relaunch in 2012 and has become it's most popular watch. This particular reference did more than most to revive Tudor's reputation as a force to be reckoned with. The watch is a nod to both Tudor's long standing relationship with Rolex and their own diving watches of yesteryear. The snowflake hands, eye catching claret red unidirectional bezel & matt black dial are stunning, the 41mm case is a mix of polished & brushed stainless steel and the whole ensemble is presented on a leather strap with deployment buckle. Inside the case is the Tudor modified ETA 2824 movement.

The 79220R 'smiley' reference with the Tudor Rose insignia was manufactured between 2012 & 2016 and is becoming a collectors item with prices rising steadily over the last few years. You will often see people use the term 'investment opportunity' loosely but this watch is entitled to that description. It's a reasonably priced, reliable and very wearable watch that if kept in good order & complete will have almost certainly risen in value over the next few years.
